MiWayLife Invites South African unemployed graduates to apply for the HR Internship Programme 2023 / 2024.

Internship Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa

This in an internship for graduates who require work experience in order to gain a professional qualification or unemployed graduates who require work experience to become more marketable.

This is a 12 month contract position allowing the incumbent to gain relevant work experience in the financial services industry. The individual will be exposed to Human Resources department at MiWayLife. 

Responsibilities:

• Advertising vacancies in our recruitment portals
• Shortlisting of potential candidates from recruitment portals and recruitment agencies
• Regular communication with candidates
• Schedule interviews and assessments for shortlisted applicants
• Arrange orientation and induction for newcomers.
• Prepare and send out regret communication to unsuccessful candidates.
• Handling employee enquiries relating to HR processes
• General office management – coordinating of interviews, assessments, and HR onboarding sessions.
• Assist with HR Projects
• Ad hoc support

Requirements:

• Grade 12 or equivalent 
• Completed  3 year Degree/Diploma in: Human Resources
